There is no swap being used, so that looks OK.
The memory usage for X usually includes the amount of video memory on
the card, as X mmaps it into it's process space so it can use it. This
dosn't take away from your system memory as it's your video memory. Has
you video card got 128MB of memory in it by any chance?
