There's also http://sourceforge.net/projects/dcl
(Double-Chocco-Latte) which we considered for a time. Nice looking
web interface. Multi-platform (IIS or Apache), PHP and multi-back-end
(mySQL, M$ SQL, Postgres or Sybase), so it should be good on Win32 or
*nix.

There are many others if you have a cast down sourceforge.net
