Look at the options "uid", "gid", "fmask" and "dmask". Reading the manpage 
for smbmount, saying uid=0,gid=0,fmask=644,dmask=755 in your options might
do the job[1] (if I'm reading the man page correctly). Consult the manpages 
for more details :)

[1] All files will have ownership root:root, files have permissions 644, 
directories 755.
