Are you saying the event would be the evening of the 15th March?

I know this is the cart before the horse, when you are trying to organise and
event, However, I, probably like allot of people, cannot commit to an event
until I know when and at what time.

Can I suggest that you put forward a date and time, then see who can commit to
it.

As to getting there I have the car and potentially could give someone a lift.
