It was announced on this list weeks ago.  You read it.  So did 
everyone else.  It's even in the archive as a meeting announcement.  
Been on the meetings page.  Advertised in the IEE journal etc.  
Posters were available for download.

Been cancelled because people in Washington D.C thing that a war will 
happen.  Don't ask me about this.  I don't run the FBI and neither do 
I work in Washington D.C.
