On the RedHat or Mandrake CD is a file called RPM-GPG-KEY, as root, run:

rpm --import /mnt/cdrom/RPM-GPG-KEY

That should get rid of the warning message. It is only a warning, not a 
critical error, so you can for go the --imort and ignore the warning.
