I really like the look of the "E" version with the slightly faster processor
and nice blue case :-)

I've no experience with OpenBrick. However, if you're considering mini PCs, look at the Shuttle systems available from a sheffield shop at:
http://www.theoverclockingstore.co.uk/

or the Chyang systems from
www.scan.co.uk

The larger size of these systems compared to the OpenBrick allows for greater heat dissipation and therefore more powerful processors. The Shuttle systems seem better than the Chyang, and the most expensive Shuttle has a decent NForce2 chipset.

A couple of other sites that may interest you are
www.linitx.com and http://www.mini-itx.com/

Out of interest, do you have a particular application for the openbrick system or are you just interested in it for its 'coolness' factor? Some of the tiniest systems will now fit into a standard car stereo slot (which is pretty cool) although you take a hit on processor speed.

I'm attracted to the Shuttle systems because I work between 3 locations and a laptop isn't ideal because I have a monitor, keyboard and mouse at each. Shuttle looks like a nice solution.

PS. I have no connection with any of the companies above and don't necessarily recommend them. The only one I have ever ordered from is Scan.
