I know it's probably not the answer you're looking for, but have you
got access (sic) to a Win32 machine? You could load Apache and PHP
there and use ODBC from Win32 to the Access database. Technically,
you don't have to have Access loaded on the box to gain access to the
Access database. You can get all the drivers by loading the full
install of the MDAC components (from the M$ web site - I think 2.7 is
the latest version).

I've got an IIS web server pulling data back via ODBC from an Access
mdb stored elsewhere on the network and never had Access on the web
server.

Just a (100% completely off-topic) thought.
