Hmm... I don't run X on any of my OBSD boxes (might do on the alpha
eventually, not decided yet), but I found this in
comp.unix.bsd.openbsd.misc today (how's that for timing). Don't know if it
helps any:

Edit the resultant file for DefaultDepth, Modes, HorizSync, VertRefresh
and, if you have a wheel mouse, ZAxisMapping.
Move the file to /etc/X11/XF86Config-4.
