Well ... first off ... is fetchmail running ? Try creating a log file,
or have another cron entry that's identical but just does a
"touch /tmp/tempfile", or similar, just to ensure /etc/crontab is being
parsed. Check syslog messages as well - cron might be reporting an error
in there.
