OK I know I am making a mistake here but I cannot quiet see this

No proplem with this, i set the two drop boxes as above and leave the third 
field empty.

However to write the above (3) script in the filter actions diolog I have to 
chose from a drop down list before a box will come up where I can write the 
script /usr/bin/spamassassin -P -F 0

Which option do I chose ? 

My guess would be 'pipe'?
