You think that's bad ... try looking at it with Lynx, which I still heavily
use. sheflug.co.uk is completely useable in Lynx (though there are possibly
a few things that could be done to make it look a little neater with it),
but it's perfectly useable.
Also remember that there's some vauge interactive stuff (how interactive do
you want it?!) at www.sheflug.org.uk.
Just fired up scundog in Mozilla. Okay ... they're using it for some fancy
menus which could be done with a little DHTML and Javascript. But it still
needs a text-only browse. Thier site is not going to get indexed by any
search engine ... there's no HREF's for them to follow.
I'm sorry if I sound a little bitchy but I've never been able to stand
pointless uses of Java. Beyond that, it looks like it could be a good site.
