Take a look at my sites, they are all based on free software and although
they can be a little restrictive on layout (without hacking the code), you
can update from anywhere with web access, you don't need to install
anything.   'Members' can submit articles too to save you work and its got
all the features you might need (forums, calendaring, gallery, downloads
etc).  Its based on MyPHPNuke, but there are various other CMS options
available too.  If you are going to choose one for Sheflug let me know,
calendaring on the version I use is a pain!

All are set up as 'online communities' for sharing information which is
basically what Sheflug is all about.  I'm not saying it should change but
its nice to know the options.
