[Sheflug] kdelibs/libxml/xslt

I've got some problems with this; trying to update kdelibs to the latest
version kdelibs-2.2.2-128 for SuSE7.3, I find that the library 
libxsltbreakpoint.so is missing.  This is (part of/a link to/whatever)
libxslt; and indeed I have sources for libxslt-1.0.3; but I can't
configure them because it complains I need version at least 2.4.3 of
libxml2; but I have libxml2, only there is something odd:

so the package provides man pages for xml2-config, but doesn't provide
xml2-config itself (though it does provide xmllint and libxml as one
would hope). 

Can anyone cast any light?  Is my lilbxml2 just a bum package or is
something going on I don't understand?
