Hi,

Which login manager are you using?

For example gdm, xdm, etc. etc.

If it is gdm or xdm try:

tar cvfz gdm.tgz /etc/gdm && mutt -a gdm.tgz jcm [at] printk.net

I will take a look at which script is screwed up as I do not have a SuSE
install handy to figure out what might have gone wrong. If someone else is
able to come up with an instant fix then try that first - but I can look
in to this tonight.
