[Sheflug] using Belkin USB wifi with linux.

I've got a Belkin 802.11b card which I've used without any hassles on
a couple of machines.
IIRC, it's a Prism2 card, which the orinoco_cs driver handles nicely.
The radio section of the card isn't fantastic - my Orinoco Gold card
is much better.
