[Sheflug] Windows NT and Windows 2000 Domains and Samba

I've been told that windows NT and Windows 2000 servers are not happy in the
same domain, I'm thinking perhaps something to do with Active directory but
I'm not sure.  If I wanted to add a Linux server to a network with a Windows
NT domain using samba would I have to do it differently to one using Windows
2000 server?  I'm hoping to find out more on Saturday but thought I'd ask
now in case I don't make it.
