Not quite sure what a helldesk is!  Is this a helpdesk system running on
windows?

I went to www.hotscripts.com and found a product called phpsupport.  I'm
installing it on a laptop now (hence the need for php, apache and mysql) in
order to demo it to the school.  There are quite a few alternatives listed
there as well.


I was at the CRM / Content management show at Olympia yesterday.  Its quite
scarey how much people are daring to charge and how much others are willing
to spend because they don't know that there are other alternatives
available!
