You're thinking of Nick Hill's page, which mentions that as a potential
solution.

RMS is still trying to get to the UK, as far as I can tell he wants to
give the speeches, but the break sounds quite bad. Having a broken arm
isn't a great idea for a flight, but beyond the medical issues there are
also questions such as 'How do I get around an airport with my baggage
with only one arm?'.
