It looks like I got the same letter from him too.

It makes me so cross I'm not even going to write any more here.  Its not
like his job isn't representing the people of the UK.

It might be an idea to get the letters we received from him together and
send them back asking why the letter is written to look like a personal copy
when it is in fact a form letter.  That's just plain deceitful.  If he
doesn't have time then that's something he should sort, not just do the job
badly!  If it is a form letter then there is even less excuse for the
gramatical errors!
