I had never thought of doing that on the firmware, but the command line
certainly behaves more like a Unix in there - limited though it is. A
lot of devices seem to use embedded Linux kernels - custom made for the
device often.
I have this router too - and it does work pretty well. I would love to
hear any more people might have to say on how one might figure out if it
is running Linux. If it is then I would imagine it to be a highly
customised kernel with many things cut out of it...
