RE: [Sheflug] no display on Suse 9

Hi Chris

Where are you based ?? We just had the same problem we are on coleford road
(off greenland road) darnall - thought it may have been caused by the
demolition of the old bus garage???

My unix box is protected by a UPS, but I shut it down to relink up the samba
servers and rebooted - it came back up asking for a scratch file, even
though it didn't crash - 501 blocks, so am just waiting to see if I have
any problems :)

Steve

We've just suffered a power cut of about 1 second. Everything rebooted.
All seems well apart from our Linux server which although it seems to be
running fine doing our email etc the screen is blank. I know the monitor is
OK as I've got a KVM switch and I'm using the monitor now to type this. Any
ideas as to how I can start to trouble shoot this problem?
