You could do it manually quite easily.

My IPCop f/w (v 1.3.0) has the bytes uploaded and downloaded for each
interface if you look on the "Information" page. All you'd need to do is
reboot the machine every 30 days. As far as the cache data is concerned,
I can't help because I don't use the cache on my machine.
