And here I was thinking we were talking about academic qualifications.
One of the guys in my office was telling me, a few months ago:
BS = Bull Shit
MS = More Shit
PhD = Piled Higher and Deeper
I share my office with a guy who holds a PhD... he didn't laugh :0
