[Sheflug] virus/worm related urls

When reading about what viruses and worms do and how they work it seems many
of them report in to a known website or chat room or download extra software
from or upload stuff to websites.  Does anyone know if there is a regularly
updated list of known websites used by viruses and worms so that I can add
these to the blocked sites on my firewall?
