Yes there is, and it is pretty easy. Do it in /etc/mail/aliases (or wherever you keep your aliases file. For email [at] mydomain I might have a line like,

email: email, email [at] another.domain

Then issue the 'newaliases' command, and 'postfix reload'. All email to email [at] mydomain should now go to the local user email, and the external email account email [at] another.domain. I have used this without problems.
