[Sheflug] secure transfer to remote site.

I've written a script in perl to collect stats from a clients PC and write
them to a file.  I want the clients PC to automatically upload the file it
creates to my server once its finished creating it.  Is there a way of doing
this without leaving the ftp password for my server readable in the perl
script?
