The copyright belongs to the author, not to the wiki - saying that it's
GPL'd or whatever doesn't make a blind bit of difference.

Personally, I think if anyone puts up information under a copyright
which says it may not be copied/modified, it should be taken down since
it is anti-wiki, but I think the implication is that if you put
something up you're automatically agreeing to allow people to edit it
and stuff unless you say otherwise.
