[Sheflug] hosting

I'm pretty sure someone on this list has links (either in their email
signature or on their website) to a web hosting service based in the states
that charges about £20 pa and includes a service that will automatically
install one of a number of scripts or cmses.  I'm stuck for what to search
the list for (especially if the link was on your website via a link in your
signature).  So if you're on the list and you know about this web hosting
service can you let me know the url please.  IIRC the user's website also
details that they reside somewhere to the east of Sheffield, maybe as far as
the east coast.  Its one of those things I said I'd remember and then
didn't.
