Go to www.debian.org
Click cd iso images, fetch full cd images
Scroll to the bottom : Official CD images of the "testing" distribution
Click Full CD image sets , i386

at this point you should be at

http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/cd-images/debian-weekly/i386/

As for what's on them I would say about 8.6GB of data, and 8000+
applications, more than that I can't say.

I'm sure there is irony in:
"Debian GNU/Linux provides more than a pure OS: it comes with more than 8710
packages, precompiled software bundled up in a nice format for easy
installation on your machine."
It comes with 8710 packages if you can download them all!

I would imagine that at least a couple if not more contain source code.
Unusually there is no readme file to say what each disk contains.
