The only way you could effectively do it is to use a program like Partition 
Magic to shift them about; I think PM supports Ext2, but I couldn't say for 
anything else.

There's also parted [http://www.gnu.org/software/parted/parted.html]. I've 
never used it though, so can't vouch for it one way or t'other.

Failing that, its a case of back up your data on the partitions you want to 
play with, blow them away, and reconfigure those partitions.

Or buy an extra hard disk and put the swap on that :-)
