I seem to be getting abit closer.  I've used ifconfig to add an address to
eth0.  It can now ping the local network.  I've used route to add a default
gateway.  I'm stuck as to how to:
a) set the DNS servers address
b) set the whole interface to get its address from the DHCP server on our
network
