I might have a spare set, but I can't check as all my Sun stuff is 300 miles 
away :-(
You can pick them up relatively cheaply on eBay though.

Not 100%, but I think so. They certainly switched to PS/2 on the newer models, 
but I think that was later than the Ultra 5.
