[Sheflug] screen settings

I have a nice big screen but my text is stuck at 80 x40 characters or
whatever the default is and I can't find where to change it. I'm pretty
sure I had the option on boot on a live CD and it was a parameter passed on
starting Linux but I can't remember which live CD it was. Can anyone tell
me which file I should be changing to get smaller fonts and more text on my
default level three screen (i.e. this is not an x windows issue).

Thanks
