Most distributions have a "save install config to floppy" at the end of an install.
total time = 2*time for one install + 40*(time taken to copy cd and floppy)
Same can be done with network install if you copy the relevent files to HD and export over ftp.
might a bit take longer but less involved(ie cd making)
Could do it in 3-4hours. Disk imaging can be quite slow.
