Hi

I've had some mail from Prof. Andrew Tanenbaum over in Holland who is 
the person who just finished off his Minix 3 operating system.  He is 
asking me to circulate some information for him.

He's looking for a Ph.d. student to work with him.  I've pasted the 
relevant info into the time honoured place for such thing.  Have a 
look, if you know someone who might want to work over there please 
pass on the info to do with this...
