Have you got X-Cdroast installed ?  If not install it ...

After starting it click on ... Setup > HD Settings > Temporary storage 
directories.  Remove anything that is in here and replace with your 
ISO image.  One at a time for each one repeat this same process.  
Click on save configuration.   Click on Create CD.  Go through the 
usual stuff in there.  Repeat for each CD.  

Works for me without any MD5 problems.
