Yes.  We started this initiative at Fosdem about two or three years 
ago :)  Since then it's become mainstream and not an eccentric idea 
academic idea.

You regularly find yourself across the table from a Swiss banker who 
wants to know about GNU/Linux or OpenBSD projects.  England is 
peculiar in that only winduhs is known about.
