We have 20+ servers - a mixture of Linux and Windows - on three sites. Our preferred solution is to use a KVM (or cascaded KVMs) and (we prefer) an Adderlink IP. We've also got an alternative to the Adderlink but it isn't as robust. The Adderlinks have never let us down although they come in at around £400 each. Connection is via secure VNC and because it takes its input from the VGA, you can get the full POST on any connected machine. All we need now is remote power control (which we're currently looking in to).
