I have paid for a online training course. The course has a video with a tutor 
talking and showing examples etc. I have about an hour to spare at work each 
day where I could be doing this course but it's not company policy to allow 
you to connect your own laptop to the companies LAN. Is there a way of 
recording the live video on my laptop at home, so that I could at work 
replay / refresh what I had done so far?
