[Sheflug] Yahoo
Hello there

Looks like the Yahoo merger has gone through with Google and not
Microsoft. What's strange for me is that altough under U.S. law this
is now an anti-trust issue I am unable to understand why it is not an
anti-trust case when a merger with Microsoft is proposed. Some
senior European Union legal figures have said similar things in
public when they fined M$ for their monopoly and for ignoring EU law
to do with monopolies...

The judge/s is/were critical of the American legal system and some of
it's senior representatives. The Groklaw site has one or two useful
links as well.
