Having the Linux code around in the BIOS doesn't help much: you can have 
a copy of Linux on your Windows hard drive, and you can't just fire that 
up.

You can do things like coLinux, or run it in VMWare, or something like that.

Alternatively, if you have the right hardware, you can run Windows in 
KVM under Linux.

Putting Linux in a BIOS isn't really anything special. Just think of it 
as a Flash drive and you won't go too far wrong.
