Obviously the government knows best.  In future years you can look
forward to the black list including anything which might embarrass top
officials or contradict the official government view of events (a la
China).  In the worst case companies like microsoft could argue that
certain web sites were "harming their business interests, and
therefore the economy", and attack free software in that way.
