The problem with this is that we need two or three weeks to get 
someone interested.  So, don't know if it's possible.  I could do 
something about graphics and digital photography.  Other than that I 
have an old OpenOffice.org presentation that I could get out of the 
cupboard.

Anyone else out there who would like to have a go at this ?  How about 
Diana at Sheffield University.  Academic lady with large piles of 
interesting things around her :)
