I can't comment on Mythic Beasts' colo service, but I've been a customer
for a shell account (with domain registration and pointing and e-mail)
for a while --- since Black Cat Networks closed and sold some of their
business to MB --- and I've had the same good level of service and
technical support (by e-mail) that I had been getting from Black Cat.
