I've had my box with Serversure for years now. Never really had any problems
with them - they've been very helpful in the past. I don't think they're
normally available 24/7, but it's probably possible to organise an
out-of-hours visit a bit in advance. They also seem to know what they're
doing if you need remote hands for some reason.
