I don't see why Gmail feels it needs to play God in this way. The user's 
post is still accepted but it's shunted into a folder that I dare say 
most people hardly ever check. I'm by no means a hacker but I really 
can't see what they think they gain.
Personally, I find it bloody off-putting when I don't see my own posts 
to the list.
If someone can throw any light on it I'd be intrigued to know the reasoning.
