Hmm... not quite sure what to make of that.  To me (experienced IT 
person) it seems like yet another version of Microsoft FUD along with 
some help from the Government.  Then there's the usual background 
story an example of which can be seen here....

You can see the leopard has not changed its spots in spite of the EU 
Court of the First Instance making and attempt to change something 
somewhere.   Hmm... think I'll go and find something interesting to do 
this bank holiday weekend instead of ranting away at this too much :)
