[Sheflug] Chroot User
Hello there
Does anyone out there have a favourite web page that gives some exact
details of chrooting users into their own home file space on a server ?
I've tried a few such as...
http://beginlinux.com/blog/2009/10/ubuntu-9-10-secure-ftp-with-ssl/
This one is for SSL. The claim is that if you use VSFTPD you can
chroot someone's SSH session so that they can't break out but so far
it's not worked for me. I've built my own Apache box which I'm
testing now....

http://sleepypenguin.homelinux.org/drupal

I need to chroot some users with SSH access so that I don't lose the
whole box. Tried a Google search. SCP only screwed the whole box up.
I had to re-install it. RSSH ? Tried that. Didn't chroot the users.
