That's a lovely (and very old: 1957) one. I remember seeing it,
not then -- it must have been a repeat -- years ago, but can't
remember the year. But it may have been the same year that BBC
Radio's programme listings, on 1 April that year, every few hours
had a half-hour programme "Community Singing from Grunty Fen".

Now that is not a spoof -- Grunty Fen really exists.
